I have worked with adolescents, adults and families for over ten years and am very familiar with the unique issues they are facing. These are such challenging times and I enjoy working with clients and their families to help them reach optimal functioning.

I specialize in helping clients identify their triggers and learn coping skills to help them navigate challenges.
